Returns policy

We hope you will love your candles when you receive them, but if something isn't right then we are here to help. Please email us at with your order number.


If you are unhappy with your product you have 14 days after receiving your goods to request a return, providing the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and the item is unopened, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and we would recommend you use a tracked shipping service and send us a tracking number along with your original order number after posting.

Damaged items

if your package arrived damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our candles are very carefully packaged for delivery, however, occasionally breakages may happen during transit. We will refund or replace any items which are damaged during delivery if you can send photographic proof to along with your order number, within 7 days of you receiving your items. We cannot accept returns for items which have been used.
